Shipping and delivery terms and conditions

Processing time for export documents

  • Export documents are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.

  • If all the necessary Dutch registration numbers, information and documents are submitted by 4 p.m., the documents will be shipped on the same day.


Export license plates

  • If additional export license plates are ordered, the delivery time is extended to 2–3 working days, as the production of the license plates requires an additional working day.


Shipping service provider

  • Shipping is carried out exclusively by DHL Express.

  • We also only accept returns via DHL Express to ensure safe and smooth delivery and receipt.


Important information

  • All delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on workload or external circumstances.

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the status of your delivery at any time.
