Return policy

We do not offer a right of return. Once the goods have been exported or deregistered, returns or refunds are generally not possible.

The reason for this is that we cannot return licence plates and documents to our inventory as they are personalised.

Export returns
An export can only be reversed within 6 weeks of deregistration, provided that the goods have not yet left the customs territory of the EU. In this case, only the export will be cancelled – a refund of the purchase price is excluded.

How to proceed
Please contact us by email at info@pcautoimport.de to initiate an export return. Returns will not be processed without prior request.
